My booking has been cancelled, can I connect with the owner?

The messaging tool within Manage my Booking will remain live so you can communicate with the owner. If you choose to communicate with the owner using the messaging tool or any other means, please note: The Tripadvisor Vacation Rental Companies (such as, but not limited to, Holiday Lettings, FlipKey and Niumba) and their affiliates will take no responsibility and assume no liability for any communications, payments, bookings, arrangements, agreements, or other interactions between you and the owner nor any disputes, damages, consequences, or problems that arise as a result. Any booking that the traveller makes with the owner will be a direct arrangement between you and the owner, which you make at your own risk. You will not receive any support from our group companies in managing such bookings.
