How can I get a VAT invoice for my booking?

Your booking confirmation email includes key information such as your payment date, the amount paid and your travel dates.
 
If you require a detailed invoice for VAT purposes, you’ll need to
contact the property owner/manager.
 


Why does the property owner/manager issue the VAT invoice?
 

This is because while we facilitate the transaction, your contract is with the property owner/manager and they receive payment after you check in. Therefore, it’s the property owner who produces the VAT invoice if one is required.
